This year's topic, Healthy Minds, Healthy Families – Mental Health and Child Abuse Prevention, will focus on the connection between Mental Health Issues and Child Abuse. Our Keynote Speaker is Denise Marzullo, MBA, LMHC, President & CEO of Mental Health America of Northeast Florida.

Denise Marzullo, LMHC, MBA

Denise is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over eighteen years of experience working in nonprofit mental health organizations in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s
Degree from Clemson University, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University. Denise was named the Executive Director of Mental Health America of Northeast Florida in February 2010. She is also a professor with Barry University and serves on the St. Johns County Health and Human Services Advisory Council for the Board of County Commissioners.

The Exchange Club Family Center would like to recognize those companies that offer programs to their employees and their families. This year’s focus will reflect our theme for our 24th Annual Child Abuse Prevention Luncheon & Conference – Healthy Minds Healthy Families. We are looking for companies that offer mental health programs for their employees and their families. These can be offered through in-office programs or through insurance. Deadline for Submission is Friday, April 7, 2017.


•      Program must focus on mental health for employees and their families.

•     Company must be a for-profit business.

•     Company must offer the program to all employees and their families.

•     Program has been in place since January 1, 2017.

•     Companies with multiple programs for mental health will be ranked higher.

The company selected as our Inaugural Corporate Spotlight will be recognized at our 24th Annual Child Abuse Prevention Luncheon on April 27, 2017 at the Jacksonville Marriott.

Companies must provide a company contact name and phone number, the name of the program or programs, along with a 2 sentence description of the program and who it benefits. Deadline is Friday, April 7, 2017. Submissions can be sent via email to
